How soon can a technician visit?
It depends on your location and on technician availability on the day. Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it is doing wrong when you book, and we will confirm the earliest slot we can actually keep rather than one we cannot.
Why is our cassette unit leaking into the ceiling?
Ceiling cassettes drain through a small condensate pump rather than by gravity, and that pump or its float switch is the usual culprit. A blocked drain line or a clogged filter causing ice on the coil will do the same. It needs attention quickly — the water damage costs more than the repair.
Is an AMC worth it for a commercial installation?
For most sites, clearly yes. Scheduled servicing keeps capacity up and running cost down, and it catches contactor, capacitor and drainage problems before they shut a floor. We quote AMCs on actual run hours and unit count rather than a flat rate.
Should I get my AC serviced before summer?
Yes, and February to March is the right window. Pre-season servicing costs the same as mid-season but you get a technician within hours rather than days, and a coil cleaned before the heat arrives runs measurably cheaper across the whole season.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
We can give you a range for common faults, and we will. What we will not do is commit to a firm figure sight-unseen, because the same symptom regularly has three different causes at three different prices. The diagnosis settles it properly.
