A home appliance repair service based in Gurgaon. We fix air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, televisions, geysers and water purifiers — at your home, not in a workshop.
Who We Are
Appliance Repairs, Done at Your Doorstep
Namra Tech Solutions is a home appliance repair and service business working across Gurgaon and the wider Delhi NCR. Our technicians come to your home, diagnose the fault in front of you, and carry out the repair on the spot wherever the job allows it.
Most household appliance problems do not need a workshop. A refrigerator that cools in the freezer but not in the fridge, a washing machine that stops mid-cycle, an air conditioner that runs but does not cool — these are diagnosed and repaired at the customer’s home. When a part genuinely has to go to the bench, we tell you that before we take anything away.
We are an independent repair service. We are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer, and we do not sell appliances. We work on all major brands, which means our advice about whether a repair is worth doing is not tied to selling you a replacement.

You tell us the problem
Call or send the booking form with the appliance, the brand and what it is doing wrong. The more detail, the better prepared the technician arrives.

We agree a visit
We confirm a time that suits you and tell you who is coming. If we cannot make the slot, you hear it from us rather than waiting.

Diagnosis at your home
The technician inspects the appliance and explains what has failed and why, in plain language, along with what the repair involves.

You decide, then we repair
Nothing is replaced before you approve it. After the repair the appliance is tested in front of you and any parts we removed are handed over.

Each category has its own page covering the usual faults, the brands we work on and what a repair involves.
- AC Repair — Split and window units, cooling faults, gas refilling, deep cleaning and installation — carried out at your home by technicians who work on air conditioners every day.
- Refrigerator Repair — Single door, double door, side-by-side and frost-free models — cooling failures, compressor and thermostat faults, gas charging and door seal replacement.
- Washing Machine Repair — Front load, top load and semi-automatic machines — drainage problems, drum noise, spin failures, motor and control board faults, repaired at your home.
- RO Service — Filter and membrane replacement, TDS correction, leakage repair and annual servicing — with the old cartridges handed to you and the meter reading shown before and after.
- Microwave Repair — Solo, grill and convection ovens — heating failures, magnetron and diode faults, turntable problems, door interlocks and control panel repair.
- TV Repair — No picture, no sound, backlight and panel faults, HDMI and port problems, and smart TV software issues — diagnosed at your home wherever possible.
- Geyser Repair — Storage and instant geysers — heating element and thermostat replacement, leakage, descaling, pressure valve checks and safe installation.

Doorstep Service
The technician comes to you. Appliances are diagnosed and repaired in your home wherever the fault allows it.
Experienced Technicians
The person who arrives works on that category of appliance regularly, rather than a generalist meeting your machine for the first time.
Genuine Spare Parts
Replacement parts are sourced to match the appliance. If only a compatible part is available, we say so before fitting it.
Transparent Pricing
You are told what the repair costs before the work starts. No part is replaced and no charge is added without your approval.
Same Day Service
Same-day visits are available for most appliance faults, subject to the technician’s schedule on the day.
Warranty on Eligible Repairs
Warranty is available on eligible repairs. What it covers depends on the job and the parts used, and is explained to you before the work begins.
