What we collect when you book a repair, why we need it, and what we do with it.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
About this policy
This policy explains what personal information Namra Tech Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the bookings made through it.
We are a home appliance repair service. We collect the details needed to arrange and carry out a repair visit, and nothing beyond that.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking or enquiry form on this site, we ask for:
- Your name — so the technician knows who they are meeting.
- Your mobile number — to confirm the appointment and to call you on the day if we cannot find the address.
- Your address — the visit cannot happen without it.
- The service required — so the right technician is assigned.
- Your preferred date — to schedule the visit.
- A description of the problem — so the technician can arrive prepared, and bring the parts the fault is likely to need.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that message.
Our web server and security plugin also record technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is standard server logging and is used to keep the site available and to block attacks.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your enquiry and confirm whether we can take the booking;
- schedule the visit and tell the technician where to go and what to expect;
- contact you about that booking, including if we need to reschedule;
- carry out the repair and discuss the cost with you;
- keep a record of work done on your appliance, so a later call about the same fault can be handled sensibly.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it to send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only where the repair requires it:
- The technician attending your booking, who needs your name, address, number and the fault description.
- Our hosting and email providers, who process the data on our behalf in order to run the website and deliver booking notifications.
- Where the law requires it — for example, a lawful request from an authority.
We do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets cookies that are necessary for it to work: WordPress uses them to keep sessions and form submissions working, and our security plugin uses them to tell legitimate visitors from automated attacks.
At the time this policy was last updated, this site does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party visitor tracking. If that changes, this section will be updated before the tracking is switched on.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop the booking form from working.
How we protect your information
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to the WordPress dashboard is restricted to accounts that need it, and the site runs a security plugin that blocks repeated login attempts and known attack patterns.
No system is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to do the job, which is the most effective protection available to a business of our size.
How long we keep it
Booking and service records are kept for as long as they are useful for supporting the repair — for example, if the same fault recurs — and for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are removed once they are no longer needed. If you want your details deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details, where we are not required to keep them;
- stop contacting you.
Contact us using the details below and we will deal with the request. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to someone else.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than made quietly.
