Yes. Inverter units need a different approach — the outdoor drive board, the DC compressor and the sensor set all have to be diagnosed electronically rather than by pressure and feel alone. Our technicians carry the meters for it and we do not treat an inverter unit like a fixed-speed one.
What if the fault comes back after the repair?
Call us and we return. That is the point of warranty on eligible repairs: if the same fault reappears while the repair is still covered, we come back and put it right. What is covered is confirmed with you at the time of the repair.
