Can duct leakage really cost that much cooling?
Yes, and it is routinely underestimated. Leaking joints and failed insulation on ducts running through a ceiling void or plant room can lose a substantial share of the cooling before it ever reaches a room. Sealing and re-insulating the run often gives back more than any equipment upgrade would.
Do you handle AMC contracts for central systems?

My AC is running but not cooling. What is the likely cause?
In order of how often we find it: a choked filter or condenser coil, low refrigerant from a leak, a failed run capacitor, a seized outdoor fan, and last of all a failing compressor. That order matters — the first two are inexpensive and the last is not, so anyone quoting a compressor without checking the rest is guessing.
