FAQ
Frequently asked, honestly answered
Can you service our system outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial clients that is how we schedule it. Coil cleaning, filter servicing and planned work happen before opening or after closing, so your trading hours are not affected. Breakdowns are attended whenever they happen.
Why is our cassette unit leaking into the ceiling?
Ceiling cassettes drain through a small condensate pump rather than by gravity, and that pump or its float switch is the usual culprit. A blocked drain line or a clogged filter causing ice on the coil will do the same. It needs attention quickly — the water damage costs more than the repair.
Is an AMC worth it for a commercial installation?
For most sites, clearly yes. Scheduled servicing keeps capacity up and running cost down, and it catches contactor, capacitor and drainage problems before they shut a floor. We quote AMCs on actual run hours and unit count rather than a flat rate.
Why is my AC leaking water inside the room?
Nearly always a blocked drain line. Condensate that cannot escape backs up in the tray and spills over the front of the indoor unit. Other causes are an indoor unit mounted slightly off level, a cracked drain tray, or ice on the coil melting faster than the drain can carry it away.
