Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent repair service and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer. We work on all major brands, which means our advice about whether a repair is worth doing is not tied to selling you a replacement.
The oven will not reach the set temperature. Why?
Either the convection heating element has partially failed, the cavity thermostat is reading incorrectly, or the convection fan has slowed and is no longer distributing heat. A door seal that no longer closes properly will also do it by letting heat escape throughout the bake.
Is a convection microwave worth repairing?
Generally yes. Convection models cost considerably more than solo ovens, and most convection-side faults — heating element, fan motor, thermostat, keypad — are moderate repairs. Only a magnetron failure on an older unit needs a careful look at the numbers.
Do you check for radiation leakage after a repair?
Every time, without being asked. We test the door seal and the cavity with a leakage meter and check earth continuity before signing the job off. It is the one part of microwave work that genuinely cannot be skipped, and it is also the part unbranded repairers most often skip.
Do you offer a warranty on Convection Microwave Repair?
