My appliance is still under manufacturer warranty. Should I use you?
Possibly not, and we will tell you honestly. On several brands an independent repair ends the remaining factory warranty. If your unit is still covered we will say so and point you to the brand service centre instead.
Do you carry out leakage testing on commercial units?
On every visit, and we document it. Radiation leakage testing and earth continuity checks matter more in a commercial kitchen than anywhere else, because the oven is in constant use and the door — the part that seals the microwave energy in — is the part wearing fastest.
How quickly can you attend a commercial kitchen breakdown?
We prioritise commercial calls because a stopped oven stops service. Tell us it is a working kitchen when you book and we will get you the earliest slot available, scheduled around your service hours wherever the fault allows it.
Is a sparking microwave dangerous?
Stop using it. Arcing inside the cavity usually means the mica waveguide cover has burnt through or the internal paint has chipped and exposed bare metal. Left running, it will damage the magnetron and can start a fire in the cavity. Both causes are inexpensive to fix if you catch them early.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI and card are all accepted on completion, and you get a proper invoice with the warranty terms on it. Payment is taken after the repair is finished and tested with you, never before.
