Overview
What a Delhi NCR household should know first
An LCD television lights its panel with CCFL tubes rather than LEDs, and those tubes are the defining feature of the technology and its most common failure. A dimming picture, a pink or yellow colour cast, or a screen that takes several minutes to reach full brightness are all inverter and lamp symptoms — and they are repairable, provided the parts can still be found.
We repair LCD TVs across Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi and Faridabad. What fails first genuinely differs by city — water hardness, supply voltage, dust load and the age of the housing all push the fault pattern in different directions — so the city pages below carry that local detail rather than repeating a single national answer.
A repair is only worth doing if it lasts. That means identifying what caused the failure — water, supply, dust, wear or installation — and telling you plainly, rather than fitting a new part into the same conditions that killed the last one.
What We Do
Every part of the LCD TV we work on
Each of these is diagnosed on site before anything is quoted.
CCFL Lamps & Backlight
Failed and dimming cold-cathode lamps behind a dark, pink-tinted or slow-to-brighten screen.
Inverter Board
The high-voltage board driving the lamps — the single most common failure point on an LCD television.
Power Supply & SMPS
Swollen capacitors, dead standby rails and the click-and-die symptom of a power board in protection.
Main Board & T-Con
No-signal faults, HDMI failures, distorted geometry and the ribbon connections behind vertical line problems.
Symptoms
Symptoms worth attending to now
If your LCD TV is doing any of the following, it is worth booking before the fault takes something else with it.
- The screen is very dim but the picture is faintly visible
- A pink, yellow or reddish tint across the display
- The picture takes several minutes to reach full brightness
- The screen lights briefly at switch-on and then goes dark
- Half the screen noticeably darker than the other half
- Sound present with no picture at all
Process
Our LCD TV Repair process, step by step
You know the price before stage four.
01
Book a slot
Give us the brand, screen size and symptom. Size decides whether one technician can handle the panel safely.
02
Board-level diagnosis
Power supply, main board, T-Con and backlight are each tested. A TV with no picture has four common causes, not one.
03
Honest verdict on the panel
If the panel itself has failed we say so and advise against the repair. It rarely makes financial sense.
04
Repair at home where possible
Backlight, power and board work is done at your home on most sets. Bench work is collected and returned.
05
Picture tested and set up
Picture and sound are checked across sources, smart features confirmed, and the warranty handed over.

FAQ
Common questions about LCD TV Repair
My LCD screen is dim. Can that be fixed?
Usually yes. A dim picture that is still faintly visible means the panel and the video circuit are working and the backlight is not. On an LCD that points at the CCFL lamps or the inverter board driving them, and both are repairable where parts are available.
Why has my picture gone pink?
A colour cast on an LCD almost always means one or more CCFL lamps have aged or failed, shifting the colour temperature of the remaining light. It is a gradual fault that people live with for months. Replacing the affected lamps restores the original colour.
Are parts still available for LCD televisions?
Often, but not always. Inverter boards, power boards and CCFL lamps are still obtainable for mainstream models, though genuine main boards for discontinued sets can be impossible to source. We check availability during the diagnosis and tell you before you commit.
Is repairing an old LCD TV worth the money?
If the fault is the inverter, the lamps or the power board, generally yes — those are modest repairs on a set that will keep going for years. If the panel itself has failed, it is not, and we will tell you that rather than quoting for it.
Do you do wall mounting?
Yes, on brick, concrete and hollow partition walls, with the right fixings for each. We route the cables cleanly, set the viewing height properly and connect the set-top box, soundbar or streaming stick before we leave.
