A water heater in Delhi is usually fed from a rooftop storage tank, and that changes what goes wrong with it. Do you carry spare parts to the visit?
Technicians carry commonly needed parts for the brands we work on, so many jobs finish in a single visit. Where a part has to be sourced, we tell you that during the diagnosis and confirm the return visit with you.
My appliance is still under manufacturer warranty. Should I use you?
Possibly not, and we will tell you honestly. On several brands an independent repair ends the remaining factory warranty. If your unit is still covered we will say so and point you to the brand service centre instead.
How long does a geyser repair take?
Element or thermostat replacement is normally 45 to 60 minutes. Add another 30 to 45 minutes if the tank needs descaling, which on hard-water supply it usually does. Refilling and purging the air out afterwards is part of that time and should not be rushed.
Is my geyser earthing important?
It is the most important thing on the appliance. A geyser combines mains electricity, water and a metal tank in a wet room, and a proper earth is what stands between a failed element and a serious shock. We test earth continuity on every geyser visit, whether or not that is what you called us about.
Can I book a technician for a weekend slot?
