There is loud rattling from the freezer. What is it?

Why is water collecting inside my fridge?
The defrost drain is blocked. Meltwater from the defrost cycle is meant to run down a channel at the back into a tray above the compressor, and when food debris or ice blocks that channel the water backs up into the cabinet instead. It is a straightforward clean-out, not a serious fault.
