My society needs a gate pass. How do you handle that?
We handle it before the visit. Once your slot is confirmed we share the technician name and mobile number so you can register the entry with your guard desk or society app, and the technician carries photo ID and wears shoe covers inside the flat. It saves the usual twenty minutes lost at the gate.
Do you work in Gurgaon on Sundays?
Yes. We run a reduced Sunday roster from 9 AM to 6 PM across Gurgaon, which suits working households in Sector 84 and Sector 92 who cannot take a weekday slot. Emergency call-outs are answered outside those hours on the phone.
How often does a refrigerator need gas refilling?
It does not, in normal use. A sealed refrigeration system should never lose gas. If yours is low, there is a leak, and topping it up without finding that leak simply means you pay again in a few months. We trace and repair the leak first, then vacuum and charge by weight.
My compressor hums then stops after a few seconds. Is it dead?
Not necessarily, and it is worth checking before you replace anything. That symptom is far more often a failed start relay or overload protector than a failed compressor — both are inexpensive parts. It can also be low supply voltage. A genuine compressor failure is the least likely of the three.
