Do you carry spare parts to the visit?

Do instant geysers need descaling too?
Yes, and more urgently than storage units on hard water. The heating chamber is small, so scale that would be a nuisance in a storage tank chokes flow completely in an instant unit. Annual descaling keeps both the flow rate and the heating output where they should be.
Is an instant geyser enough for a shower?
For a quick wash, or for a kitchen sink, yes. For a full shower most instant units simply cannot heat water fast enough at shower flow rates, which is why a storage geyser is the right appliance for a bathroom. If you are choosing, we will tell you honestly which suits your use.
My geyser trips the MCB. What should I do?
Switch it off at the isolator and stop using it. That symptom almost always means the heating element has cracked and is leaking current into the water — which is a genuine electrocution risk in a wet bathroom, not a nuisance fault. Tell us when you book and we will prioritise the visit.
