Do you repair all TV brands?

Yes — Samsung, LG, Sony, Mi, OnePlus, TCL, Panasonic, Philips, Hisense, Toshiba, Vu and the older Indian brands as well. What varies is parts availability rather than our ability to diagnose, and we check availability during the visit before you commit to anything.

Will you tell me if a repair is not worth it?

Yes, and it is the most useful thing we do. If the panel has failed, or the board needed is no longer manufactured, or the repair cost approaches a meaningful share of a new set, we say so. We would rather lose the job than take money for something you will regret.

How much does a TV diagnosis cost?

There is a standard inspection charge covering the visit and a full board-level diagnosis, and it is adjusted against the bill if you go ahead with the repair. You get a firm price for the repair before any work starts.

Do you still repair CRT and older televisions?

Where parts can be sourced, yes — and we are often the only ones who will look at them. Older sets are frequently repairable at modest cost, but the honest constraint is component availability, and we check that first rather than after taking the set apart.

Is it worth repairing an older LED TV?

Power supply boards, backlight strips, T-Con boards and main boards are all economic repairs on a set that is otherwise sound. A cracked or internally failed panel is not, and we will tell you that plainly. There is no point spending seventy per cent of a new TV to fix an old one.
