Terms of Service
How bookings, diagnosis, pricing, parts and warranty work when you use our repair service.

About these terms
These terms apply when you book an appliance repair or service with Namra Tech Solutions through this website, by phone, or by WhatsApp. Booking a visit means you accept them.
We are an independent repair service. We are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer and we are not affiliated with the brands we repair.
Requesting a service
A booking request — whether sent through the form, made on the phone or sent on WhatsApp — is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The booking exists once we have confirmed it with you.
Please give us accurate details of the appliance, the brand and the fault. The technician uses that to decide what to bring, and a wrong description usually means a second visit.
Appointments and availability
Service availability depends on your location and on technician availability. We will tell you what we can actually do when you contact us, rather than promise a slot we cannot keep.
We do not guarantee an arrival time. If a technician is delayed or a visit has to move, we will contact you on the number you gave us.
Someone aged 18 or over needs to be present at the address for the duration of the visit.
Inspection and diagnosis
Every job starts with an inspection. The technician examines the appliance, identifies what has failed and explains it to you before any work begins.
Some faults cannot be diagnosed without partial dismantling. Where that is the case, the technician will say so and ask you first.
Occasionally a fault turns out to be beyond economical repair, or to be caused by something other than the appliance — the electrical supply or the water supply, for example. We will tell you that plainly, even when it means we do not get the job.
Pricing
The cost of the repair is explained to you after the diagnosis and before the work starts. Nothing is replaced, and no charge is added, without your approval.
If the job turns out to need more than was agreed, work stops and we come back to you with the revised cost before continuing.
Any charge that applies to the visit itself is told to you when you book, not after the technician arrives.
Parts and replacements
Replacement parts are sourced to match the appliance. Where only a compatible equivalent is available rather than a manufacturer part, we tell you before fitting it.
Parts we remove are handed to you unless you ask us to dispose of them.
Some parts for discontinued models cannot be obtained at all. If that is the case we will say so during the diagnosis rather than after taking the appliance apart.
Warranty
Warranty is available on eligible repairs. What is covered, and for how long, depends on the job and on the parts used, and is confirmed with you at the time of the repair rather than promised in advance on a web page.
Any spare part fitted carries whatever warranty its manufacturer provides.
Warranty does not cover a new and unrelated fault, damage caused after the repair, or work carried out on the appliance by someone else in the meantime.
If your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, tell us. On several brands an independent repair ends that cover, and we would rather send you to the brand service centre than cost you it.
What we do not do
There are limits to what a home visit can cover:
- We do not carry out electrical work on your premises beyond the appliance itself. Where the supply or wiring is the cause, that needs a licensed electrician.
- We do not carry out plumbing work beyond the appliance connection.
- We do not guarantee that every appliance can be repaired. Some cannot be, and some should not be.
- We do not sell appliances, so we have nothing to gain from telling you to replace one.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or move a booking by calling or messaging us on the number below. Please give us as much notice as you can, so the slot can go to someone else.
If nobody is at the address at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, the visit is treated as a missed appointment and will need rebooking.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure the technician can reach and work on the appliance safely — clear access, a working power supply, and any building or society permission needed to bring tools in.
Please also move anything fragile or valuable away from the work area before the technician arrives.
Limitation of liability
We take care in your home and we are responsible for damage we actually cause through our own negligence.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or wear that we did not cause, for loss caused by an appliance being out of use, for consequential losses such as spoiled food or lost income, or for failures caused by the electrical or water supply at the premises.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
