Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent repair service and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer. We work on all major brands, which means our advice about whether a repair is worth doing is not tied to selling you a replacement.
My top load machine will not spin at all. Where do we look?
Lid switch first — it is designed to stop the spin the moment the lid opens, so a failed switch reads exactly like a spin fault and costs very little to replace. After that it is the clutch, the drive belt or standing water the machine will not spin against.
Why do my clothes come out tangled and stretched?
Usually overloading, but a worn agitator dog-ear set will do it too. Those small plastic cams are what let the agitator drive in one direction and freewheel in the other, and once they wear the agitator simply twists the load instead of moving it through the water.
Do you repair semi-automatic machines too?
Yes. Timer faults, wash motor and spin motor failures, gearbox and pulsator problems, and the drain lever assembly are all routine work for us, alongside fully automatic front load and top load machines.
